What about funding through Together For Colwyn Bay?
As the funding allotted through the Building Communities Trust is not restricted, we are keen not to duplicate offers made from other grant-giving organisations, and encourage local groups to look for other sources of funding first. This will allow us to protect as much of the £1 million grant as possible with a view to using it for investments in the community that would otherwise not happen.
If you’d like to chat with us about funding for a project or group however, please do get in touch. tim@togetherforcolwynbay.org. Our Community Development Officers are happy to help with grant applications, even if they are to other funders, as long as the funding would benefit the Glyn Wards of Colwyn Bay.
