Tender Opportunity: Bar Services at Colwyn Bay Pride 2025

Colwyn Bay Pride is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a professional bar operator to provide beverage services at our vibrant celebration of inclusivity, diversity, and community pride. We are seeking a partner to deliver exceptional bar services that cater to our diverse audience while enhancing the festival atmosphere.

Event Details:

• Date: May 2025

• Location: Colwyn Bay Promenade

• Expected Attendance: Main Event 8000. Saturday Night Event (Name still TBC) 1000.

• Event Sale Time Hours: Saturday 18:00 till 22:30. Sunday 11:000 till 19:30

Tender Requirements:

1. Bar Operation:

   • Provide a fully licensed bar service, including a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

   • Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with licensing laws and event policies.

   • Offer inclusive options, such as non-alcoholic drinks and allergen-friendly choices.

2. Staffing:

   • Supply adequately trained and friendly staff to operate the bar.

   • Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations

3. Setup and Logistics:

   • Provide all necessary equipment and materials for the bar, including point-of-sale systems.

   • Collaborate with event organisers to determine placement and setup requirements.

   • Manage waste responsibly and leave the area clean post-event.

4. Insurance and Compliance:

   • Hold public liability insurance and appropriate licenses for alcohol sales.

   • Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

5. Experience and Creativity:

   • Demonstrate experience in delivering bar services at similar events.

   • Showcase creative ideas to enhance the Pride experience, such as themed cocktails or branded merchandise.

• A detailed outline of your bar setup, menu offerings, and pricing.

• Evidence of relevant experience

• Copies of licenses and insurance certificates.

• Any additional features or enhancements you propose to bring to Colwyn Bay Pride.

Priority will be given to organisations from the North Wales area.
